Abstract

Ç×»ýÁ¦ »ç¿ë¿¡ µû¶ó ±¸°­³» ¼¼±ÕµéÀÌ °¡Áö°Ô µÇ´Â ³»¼ºÀÇ ¹ßÇöÀÌ ¹®Á¦°¡ µÉ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. ¾î¸°ÀÌ Ä¡¸é¼¼±Õ¸·¿¡¼­ Ä¡ÁÖÁúȯÀÇ ¿øÀαյé°ú ÈçÈ÷ »ç¿ëÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Â Ç×»ýÁ¦µé¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚÀÇ ÃâÇöÀ²À» ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ ÁßÇÕÈ¿¼Ò¿¬¼â¹ÝÀÀÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. 1. Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚÀÇ ÃâÇöÀ² Á¶»ç¿¡¼­ cephalosporin ºÐÇØÈ¿¼ÒÀÎ cfxA´Â 100%¿¡¼­ ¹ß°ßµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç ¥â-lactam ºÐÇØÈ¿¼ÒÀÎ blaTEM°ú tetracycline ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚÀÎ tet(M)µµ 100%ÀÇ ÃâÇöÀ²À» º¸¿´´Ù. tet(Q)´Â 88.5%, ¥â-lactam ºÐÇØÈ¿¼ÒÀÎ blaSHV ´Â 29.9%, macrolide°è ³»¼º ermFÀ¯ÀüÀÚ´Â 87.4%, vancomycin ³»¼º vanA´Â 48.5%ÀÇ ÃâÇöÀ²À» º¸¿´´Ù. Aminoglycoside¿¡ ´ëÇÑ º¹ÇÕ ³»¼ºÀ» º¸ÀÌ´Â aacA-aphD¿Í meticillin ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚ mecA´Â 9.2%·Î °¡Àå ³·Àº ÃâÇöÀ²À» º¸¿´´Ù. 3. Ä¡ÁÖÁúȯ ¿øÀαհú Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚ¿ÍÀÇ °ü·Ã¼º Á¶»ç¿¡¼­ T. forsythia¿Í blaSHV°£¿¡ ±×¸®°í P. gingivalis¿Í vanA°£ ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ »ó°ü¼ºÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚ tet(Q)¿Í ermF (0.514)°£¿¡ ÁߵÀÇ »ó°ü¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾úÀ¸¸ç, mecA¿Í vanA (0.25)°£¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ »ó°ü¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. °Ç°­ÇÑ ¾î¸°À̵éÀÇ Ä¡¸é¼¼±Õ¸·¿¡ ´Ù¾çÇÑ Ä¡ÁÖÁúȯ ¿øÀαյé°ú Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼ºÀ¯ÀüÀÚµéÀÌ Á¸ÀçÇϸç, »óÈ£ °ü·Ã¼ºÀ» °¡Áö°í Á¸ÀçÇÔÀ» º¸¿©ÁÖ¾ú´Ù.

The purpose of this study was to assess the prevalence of periodontopathic bacteria and resistance determinants from oral biofilm of children. Subgingival dental plaque was isolated from 87 healthy children, and PCR was performed to determine the presence of 5 periodontal pathogens including P. gingivalis, T. forsythia, T. denticola, F. nucleatum, A. actinomycetemcomitans, and nine resistance genes including tet(Q), tet(M), ermF, aacA-aphD, cfxA, blaSHV, blaTEM, vanA, mecA. 1. The prevalence of F. nucleatum, T. forsythia. and P. gingivalis was 95.4%, 55.2%, and 40.2%, respectively. In addition. the prevalence of A. actinomycetemc omitans was 5.7%, while T. denticola was 3.4%. 2. In analysis of antibiotic resistance determinants. cfxA, blaTEM and tet(M) were detected in all the samples tested. It was also found that the prevalence of tet(Q) showing tetracycline resistance. blaSHV associated with resistance to ¥â-lactams, ermF exhibiting erythromycin resistance, and, vanA resulting vancomycin resistance was 88.5%, 29.9% 87.4%, and 48.5%, respectively. The aacA-aphD gene showing resistance to aminoglycosides and mecA gene harboring methicillin resistance exhibited the lowest prevalence with 9.2%. 3. In a correlation analysis between periodontopathic pathogens and antibiotic resistance determinants, it was found that there was a significant correlation between T. forsythia and blaSHV. Also, P. gingivalis and vanA showed a correlation. Finally, tet(Q) and ermF showed a significant correlation (phi: 0.514) while mecA and vanA also showed a correlation(phi: 0.25).
